I saw them walking up the road with a gadget looking at everything even went past the end round the corner - If I wasn't mid flow a bottle feed with my daughter I'd have shot out - I NEED BROADBAND (she says like a mad women) Hey loobin Was that at the end round the corner as in where you drive onto Waverley Walk or on the top where the latest homes are been built as in my road to be. Hope board band is sorted before I move. "Can't be without" lol As in the end where the latest houses are/have been built not going to lie the one guy looked as if he worked down the pit he was covered in black I hope that means dig dig digging!

Right the problem we have is site will allow them on site and they are welcome to come on anytime, the problem is its a BT box and openreach are wanting to do the work so they are both arguing with who is doing it even though they are both the same company. So until they sort themselves out and sort out who's going to install it then we will have no Internet xx

Oh that's just brilliant. But how does that explain the 2 or 3 houses that have managed to get it installed.

No idea, they haven't got Internet installed yet just the line to their house I think, I could be wrong though. But when they came and did theirs they did them all on the same day so something has gone wrong from then to now so this argument could have started just after they fitted theirs. Either way we are stuck until they sort it out between them. Can't understand when it's the same company. Xx

The infrastructure is all Openreach, BT don't deal with infrastructure so unlikely they would be arguing over a PCP and who would be doing the work. Sounds like you've been fobbed off.

Site manager has told us this, we know the site manager so it's unlikely he's going to fob us off. We've been waiting since Xmas to get Internet and bt and openreach have come up with every excuse going. Xx

No 3 have full fibre and have had for a week or two they showed me the setup on Friday when I collected a parcel. You end up with two router size boxes on the wall then the router proper plugs into those.
This is getting stupid how many different things people are getting told.

I getting the feeling it BT and Harron who are arguing although getting to the bottom of it is hard as Darren claims not to know anything about it and Neil never replys

Sorry house number 3 has it. Which makes it even more frustrating knowing that it's fitted next door but can't get any answers for when the rest of us are getting it.

See response from Neil
I believe they are on the estate thurs/fri this week doing some works but as previously said I can have no influence getting them inside your property, if I see them I will ask the question.
Best Regards
Neil Bisatt
