We've just been down and met your sister in law Jessica, she's lovely. Yeah I can't see them been ready, they've got loads to do. Sams just said he'll be right mad if it gets put back as he's turned that trip down offshore for 17th now. If they were straight and said it's going to take this long then we wouldnt mind but it's that dangling the carrot that we mind. Xx

He went and had a look round ours then drove back and said you go and have a look lol. It hadn't been plastered yet inside just plasterboard all through so two weeks to do everything is a short amount of time. Then all garden need turfing, fences up. It's a lot to do. I cant see it. If it had been plastered then I would have said there's a chance but not now. Guna need a lot of people to join together and finish it xx

If Harron Homes were honest and more realistic with us - we would know whether to pack, order removal vans, even know whether to bother put Christmas trimmings up! The builder we spoke to said he finishes on the 18th Dec and wasn't back while 5th Jan, but that might be just him personally. Doesn't your house need rendering as well Hayley?

Yeah it all needs rendering yet. There's loads to do, so all.needs plastering, everything fitted in kitchen, bathrooms, all needs tiling, carpets putting down, turf down, fencing. Windows still need putting in on top floor. Garage is half built. Lots to do all in two weeks oh and all painted all suppose to be ready for next Friday for then to have a week of checks so they said. Xx

When you look from back car park it looks like there really on with it but when you get on to look round front you can really see how much work needs doing to get them ready. I wonder what date those houses in front of ours have been given as they look further on than ours. Can't really put Christmas decorations up either really until we know xx

It does I took some pics from back as well but they haven't really started inside really. There's loads to do. Ideally builders needing to be working on them at weekends to get it done and there's no sign of anyone at weekends and they must finish early in week as it's pitch black by half 3 xx

Yeah they've literally just done basic electrics, plumbing and plaster boarding. I have seen people on at weekends but literally a few men and that's it. I think they've got a long way to go xx

I had an email from Jenny this morning saying building work is really tight and they should know more next week. I also asked if we could go down with the sit manager and have a look around the plot like Rachel said we would be able to closer to the end, she said it's too unsafe on the road to go down. Not sure how that's going to be any safer in 2 weeks?

That's a load of rubbish it's cos they don't want you to go down and see how far they've got and still whats left to do. It's a joke to be honest. We asked them to be straight with us as my partner works offshore and so far has turned down four trips all to work around moving in, one of them would.be ideal but goes on the 17th but they said we are definitely moving on the 18th so he's turned it down. He's guna be right mad if they put dates back as it's not like he can work any other way round it and I can't be left to move in on my own xx
