Would be good if they did. Have they said to you whether you'll get chance to do home demo/snagging before moving in day? xx

No but she said a couple of months ago it would be ready by the 11th and then there's a week of checks where you go round with the site manager. Nothing has been said since but I'd still think that this applies but they are pushing it close for it to be all done by the 11th as that's only next Friday. And like you said if they cant get hold of the canopies then it won't be ready. Hopefully we'll get to look round it next week just plastered. It's getting nearer anyway that's the main thing lol. I went for another dress fitting today and they said the dress won't be ready until the 11th. Said your cutting it fine as we leave on the 11th!! Xx

Yeah when we initially purchased ours the cml date was 28.11 to move in on 12.12 and like you say do snagging the week before but with everything happening so quickly I wonder whether that will be the case. Even without the canopy on, the inside should be finished though. Won't you need to try it on again to make sure it's right, when I went for my final fitting I needed some more length taking off the bottom xx

Yeah I really wish I hadnt got it from this wedding shop been nothing but hassle. They took some off the length last week then I went yesterday and said they need to take more off. My length hadn't changed so don't really know what they are doing. Said I've got to go back next Wednesday and then will be ready then Friday!! Pushing it ad we've loads to do that Friday morning and then set off to go up there to be there for 2.
Yeah I wonder if the snagging lists will get done as it's going to be a close one but should still be done as it needs doing. Yeah and if the canopies aren't on how can you check them. Read a post on here where they moved in and all the gloss was.still wet, really hope that won't be case as there's nothing worse than dogs and gloss lol lol xx

Just been down to see progress (though very little on our house). Hate to seem pessimistic, but I can't see anyone moving in on Waverley Walk this year. Taking into consideration bad weather, the road, pavement and street lights to sort out, plaster to dry and Christmas break etc., etc., etc. I spoke to a builder who reckons they are 6 weeks behind. Hopefully I'm wrong.

It will work out fine in the end Hayley. If you love the dress that's all that matters, love to wear mine again lol
I reckon it will be a big rush to get people in. When I went into sales office yesterday Jenny was adamant we would be in for Christmas as its there year end. What plot is yours Doob? Ours has been plaster boarded inside and is ready for plastering by looks of it xx
