Hi all,
Firstly thanks for participating in the recent poll regarding the Waverley Residents Association. I'm pleased to advise that we now have a date for an initial meeting. The meeting will involve Duncan Armstrong-Payne (Harworth Estates), Councillor Andrew Roddison (RMBC) & Steve Ruffle (Rotherfed). The meeting will take place on:
Thursday 10th April, 6-8pm at the AMP Technology Centre
I appreciate some of you who have shown an interest may not be able to make this time but organising a date which is suitable for all is, as I'm sure you can imagine, nigh on impossible.
The main purpose of the meeting is to establish a residents association but it will also be an opportunity to ask questions regarding Waverley. I will post up an agenda closer to the time.
The meeting room will accommodate approximately 20 people so depending on the uptake I may have to decline requests to attend. Places will be available on a first come first served basis.
Please confirm your attendance in this thread
I propose meeting at the playground no later than 5.45pm and then walking over. For anyone who is shorter on time, there are plenty of parking spaces at the Technology Centre.
Thanks Rich

Hi caznkt
We'll hopefully be able to accommodate you both but if space becomes an issue I might have to restrict it to 1 per household to ensure it's fair for all. Hope you understand. I've said the same to my partner.
