Saturday is better for me (can't do Sunday this week), and weather seems better, says rain again on Sunday (though could change)

What's the score chaps can we reschedule as I was looking forward to this? How about we just put a weekly or bi weekly ride on Wednesday evenings or early sat mornings or something like that?

I'm happy to go to rothervalley valley Saturday morning or Sunday morning
As for regular events I really like that idea but mid week would be best for me. That leaves the weekend free for longer rides out in the Peak District :-D (road or mtb)

I can only do early Saturday morning say 08:00? Every alternate Wednesday would be good, I won't be able to do them all but once people know the route it's less of an issue!

I'm going out in to the peaks Saturday AM (road bike) for a ride, may be 2-3 hours but plenty of hills if you want to join me davsur chris1983. I need to be back home by 11ish so I'll probably aim for 50 miles and 1500m of ascent.

Hi bish, I'm happy for that, what route you thinking? If people want to do a run to rothervalley on Sunday I'm game for that too :-D [br I'm easy. Straight out to Owler bar and pick out a hill or two. May be down froggat and straight back up grindleford to fox house then either back home from there (that's about 2 1/2 hrs) or may be one more hill. If time for one more hill may be down in to Hathersage and up the Dale or down to bamford and up the snake to cross pool than back.

I'm in need of losing a beer belly, recently got a bike but not had chance to get going, was going to join the steady run you were planning to show people the cycle routes etc this saturday, but happy to rearrange, understand you fitness fanatics need your monster marathon tour de peaks!

Sounds like a good route Bish. I use to do the ride out towards owler bar then head over to hathersage via fox house then through to bamford and back over new road which joins the dale in to ringinglow and back to town. Although always found new road a gruelling climb!

Sounds great but I've only got a couple of hours Saturday so I'll do Rother Valley at 8 if anyone still fancies that?
