They should all be located in the site office ... we had to badger them to get ours ...

Sorry I meant an actual electricity meter capable of being smart. Someone was saying they had one you could connect to wifi to submit automatic readings etc.

Then yes we have one with eON ... Think some meters fitted in harron homes are Scottish power so don't know about those

I was told by HH that they weren't available when I completed (December 2013) and that I would need to contact my utility provider.

HI I have a smart meter with a sim card inside and I can say I still have to give meter reading I can not see the need if you still have to give readings.
