I think it's only fair that Harron should be praised when they get something right, especially considering the amount of stick they've had. We've had a couple of snags recently that have been dealt with very well. Good communication, turned up on time and carried out a good job. Also had a follow up email to see if everything was done to my satisfaction.
Well done Harron, keep it up.

Don't get to carried away. We now have the NHBC carrying out our work and will be billing Harron the full charge. This is after 2 and half years of arguing and countless missed deadlines by Harron. They are the worst company I have had to deal with by a long shot. To miss a deadline for works to be complete by 9 months just goes to show they are not interested. I now hope the work costs a fortune to put right to teach these idiots a lesson. I really don't have 1 good word to say about them.

Seems timely considering they 'sacked' all their customer services people a few months ago. They must be bucking up their ideas...

It has been quite a difficult journey and one that has only been concluded owing to my not being able to let it go!! It has got better but this does not change the fact that others are still having a hard time from the legacy of the previous service.

After chasing them for over a year to have an issue corrected from our demo tour weve finally had it fixed however, theres still a fair few items on our list and yet again all has gone quiet so ill be chasing again. Still far too many creaks and cracks coming from the roof and now what sounds lile a drip when the shower is used down the internal pipes. Pain in the bum getting anyone to look properly and not just patch over or guess the issue and excuse it.
