I've looked up the amount and it's Band F at £2166 per year.
I'd be interested to hear / see what other Band F charges are (hopefully the same) and what Band D and E looks like.

Oh you are next door to my husbands brother and his wife. They have reserved the Kinnersley next door plot 220. Our build completion date is the 27th November and they said about mid December for moving in. When is yours going to be ready? I don't think my in laws have got a date for there's yet, the street looks lovely on the plans.

Bish, just seen a site which compared council tax bands... Guess what you would pay in the affluent area of Westminster??? I wanted to make you feel better about how much you pay... But sorry, I cant as they only pay £984.... Bizarre that comparison.

What band do people think the new hebdens will be? Closest is probably the kinnersley, but slightly smaller.

I've been told that the Kinnersleys were initially a band D but were then rebanded to a band C I should imagine that a Hebden will be similar, the problem is that it's all done by black magic and voodoo because they have to guesstimate how much it would have been worth if it had been built 20 years ago when the council tax first came in rather than how much it's worth now.

Thanks ... Interesting to see that the houses either side are paying less council tax than me and we are all same band and one is the same house style :S
