That is not complete carpets, wardrobes not done and scaffolding still up at side of house... It's been a stressful day to say the least

We didnt have this, but I wish we did in a way (with notice though)... Harron have a habit of not having your house finished but moving you in with problems going on... That's equally stressful and upsetting... Fingers crossed they have done this to make sure yours is to standard... Sorry it's been a bad day

If I read right earlier you were meant to move tomorrow to the third one down? That's outrageous that they've cancelled it a day before, if it was meant to be tomorrow. I guess they want to do it right. On a lighter note, see what you can get thrown in now ! Free turf??

Yep ours is the 3rd one down... It's been 5th of June all way thro... It would be great if we could get free turf.. Would soften the blow a little ..... It was 2pm we found out not even 24 hour notice upto now we have been happy with everything

Your house looks beautiful and it will be worth it ! I'd be definitely demanding all sorts especially if they haven't even given you 24hrs ! That's crazy!
What could you get ...
Turf would be great ! I can't think of anything else but I'd be sure letting them know I wasn't happy ! I bet you do want to cry ! But two weeks will come round in no time !

Hi Lisa, sorry to hear about the delay, I live opposite and noticed the cleaners working furiously in there late yesterday evening so I I'm surprised that they have delayed, obviously Harron forgot to tell them about the delay too. Good luck with the move.

We have no carpets or wardrobes yet :/ and a few other things that we need doing.... Furious isn't the word... Just want to get in there... Today was perfect it's sunny, we have time off work and family members helping us move in... You watch come 19th gale forced winds, snd we can only have a couple of days off god damn you harron if I get grey hair I'm blaming them

2 weeks sounds like a long delay just to get carpets and wardrobes fitted, surely they can get that done in a couple of days?

We had the same issue, except our removals company couldnt change the date. We explained to Harron and they managed to get it sorted, granted it was with more notice than a day!

You'll just have to have one massive party on the 19th pop loads of champagne. Invite all the neighbours
