I'd be waltzing straight into sales if it was me , you might get something chucked in as a sweetener if they've mucked up

That's what we're planning to do but they're closed now til thursday. Going to be a bugger for them fitting downlights in a downstairs room now they've finished all the plastering etc but hey its their problem!

You're not alone though as they put a dividing wall in that we'd asked to be taken out. Caught it early enough so that it didn't cause too many issues.
Our issue was at the same time of the week in that the sales office was closed but a combination of regional office and site office were very helpful

I've been here since November 2013 and any snags I've just gone to the site office as that's what they asked me to do.

Beth , you'd be better off going through customer services because it's then logged down on system so if the same problem comes back when you're out of warranty then you can get it sorted out

Email is the best method, no matter who your builder is. Get it in writing. There's been a few times that proof of an email has saved me when it gets to a 'he said, she said' situation. You can always follow the email up with a site visit.
