I've been on to see Rachel today and she contacted the builder. He confirmed that completion would be 158, 159, 160, 161 so mine will be the last to be finished. Unfortunately his computer had gone down so he couldn't give dates. Mr N, you might get the dates tomorrow ?

That would make a lot more sense! So we would be looking more like the 3rd of Aug then. Yeah if you could get dates for ours too that would be ace.

Yeah I did find that odd too. They could have easily put a window above the toilet in both. We made a suggestion but we were told that it couldn't be changed. It was nice that they took on board no rear garden access and put a door at the back of the garage though. Hi Hope your moves go smoothly, looking good now they're coming on quickly. We live opposite your new homes and walk past with the dog every evening, can't see your promised extra door in any of the garages though? Have Harron said anything about moving the lamppost that is infront of one of your front doors?

I usually try and have a look daily around 5 as its really close to work! If you see an fella driving a light blue mazda 2, give us a wave! Yeah the door has been promised and I have plans with it on (dated 15th March), we were told that the garage wall is only 1 brick thick so its easy to put one in. In regards to the lamp post, tell me about it! We were originally down to have that plot, but we went to see it (it was a concrete slab) and it was a concern. Now the house must be a big concern to someone, but we moved to plot 160 as soon as we saw it. When I went to speak to the Harron people, they didn't seem interested!! I was all prepared with pictures and everything. However as they have now built the walls, the gate was open and I had a look out of curiosity. I can touch the door and the lamp post at the same time!!!!! Crazy that they didn't put it 1/2m to the left in the middle of them rather than the middle of someones front door. It still amazes me that they don't actually go to look at the building, they have no clue what stage peoples houses are in.

Looking forward to having some people opposite us soon It'll be nice to not be on the edge but be able to see other houses. Good luck with the move. If you need anything on the day just shout. We're just opposite too. We used to drive up all the time. Teddyowner caught us inside as they kep leaving the door open ! It's so exciting !

I'll say hello if I see you, yes it's strange they didn't put the lamp in between the two houses? Someone's going to have the worlds best free security light though.

Bish do you have a German Shepherd?
We have also commented about the lamp post outside 159. Surely they will move it? Whoever moves in there won't get a sofa in through the front door, or even a baby in a buggy for that matter. The light will be right outside their lounge window.
I asked Rachel what was going up on the opposite side of the road and she said houses will be along there bit she thought there may be some green on there somewhere too. Has anyone seen any plans for the corner?

Hi, we've bought plot 158. I've not seen the lamp post yet but will definitely be driving over after work later to have a look, so if you see a dodgy looking character in a black CRV give us a wave ! I bet the lamp post will make a few quid on EBay ?
