We are buying one of the new Hebden homes and although I look at the floor plans at least twice a week, I've only just noticed that neither the en-suite bathroom or the main bathroom has a window in. I've never had a bathroom without a window before! What I would like to know is, does any other Harron home have windowless bathrooms? If so, are they a little dark and do they have some sort of extractor fan for the steam? Thanks in advance for your replies ?

At first I thought it sounded a little weird not to have a window in the bathroom. But thinking about it, I suppose most hotel bathrooms don't have windows in them these days and it doesn't feel strange. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, you'll be so happy with your new home that you won't think twice about it when you move in :-)

I had a strata home previously and no windows on the bathroom, ensuite or downstairs WC. It was fine for me but you do miss that natural light. Certainly the main bathroom was on an outside wall and could have had a window.

I'd check if I were you. I know of one house that didn't have a bathroom and it turned out it was missed off the plans.

You will have extractor fans and bright led down lights, it will be fine either way I'm sure

I'm not too worried and I really can't wait until we move but its strange spending such a lot of money from plans. I'm just excited to see what it will look like. Its a bit like having a baby - you know its there and its growing but you can't wait to meet it :-)
