Aye that would drive me mad as well to be honest. How's the downstairs lounge/family room for space? Apologies for the grilling, we're just trying to prepare ourselves and get a rough idea for what kind of sofa etc we can have. Any info is much appreciated. Downstairs space is pretty good but we found that shopping for a sofa that wouldn't look too cramped was a bit of a bind. No room for flared arms or corner units due to the position of one radiator and the door. The room is long enough to sort of split the zones between the kitchen and living room without making any special effort. Thanks for the head up! We noticed the door be in a slightly awkward spot. Is there room to get a TV behind it, between the door and the window wall at an angle?

Hi Matt Yes we've a 150cm wide TV cabinet flat against the wall there and it's far enough away from the window for the TV not to obscure it and far enough away from the door for the door to open almost fully without hitting it. We paid for extra sockets and a TV ariel to be put in on the wall opposite the ones that Harron provide as we didn't know which way round we would want the TV facing. I can't remember which one was the extra one and which was the original now but we are using the one on the wall nearest the front door.

Hi guys,
Has anyone got a fridge freezer that requires a water supply? And if so, did you have any bother getting a pipe put in? The sink and washing machine seem to be at the other side of the kitchen from what I can make out. I could do it myself, but I'd rater not butcher the kitchen units and get one put in at first fix if possible. It doesn't seem to be on the optional extras list, though.
