Changes to the current Harron Homes Plans Approved

Change to the current layout of houses around the area where Harron are building at present were approved by Rotherham Council yesterday.  The design should change shortly to look like the image below.  Basically, more 3 storey detached houses and a couple more 'big' houses.

Forgot to say, the changed area is the section within the red border. Think that's probably quite obvious though :-)

Thanks Paul - what type of house is a "WW"? Are the crosshatched areas 'no parking' areas?

The WW is a Warkworth (a super large 4 bed I think).  I reckon the crosshatched areas are raised block paving to slow down traffic.

The approved plans have now been uploaded on to the Harron Homes website... site plan link below is updated... as is the home style link which shows the new designs as "coming soon"...   I know Paul the Ice Cream man will be interested as he said it might block his view... (assume that's what Paul does for a living noting the 99 in the number plate)
