For those who are interested (and don't already know), Harron have made an application to change the layout of the rest of the houses for phase 1B. It can be seen at the following address: Harron Planning ApplicationIn a nut shell.. they're building less houses in the space, but the ones they are looking to build will be bigger properties.

Yeah you're going to have two of your style 3 story houses blocking your view to the lake, by the looks of it.
On a separate but related note, I'm intrigued as to why they're only building 2,3&4 bed homes in the new phase 1f that's currently going through planning. Especially considering the success of the 4&5 bed homes.

Will be looking like the bloody New York sky line down this end of the estate soon! I'm not sure I've seen phase 1f plans yet... Have you got the link handy?

I got plans through our door and all that stuff , I just threw it all in bin as it's not applicable to me , you can have it all if you like , if I can recover it that is
