Just skimmed over this article but sounds like more houses and less retail/business than originally planned? We don't drive so hoping there will be shops and cafes, bars etc still coming!

There will still be the local centre on the land where the park currently is.
It looks like there will also be some units down near the lakeside eventually but I can't see there being much.
