Hi all, on here and on the Facebook group it sounds like there's a fair few of us frustrated with Harron's aftercare (or lack thereof). Just wondered if people thought it would be worth trying to do something as a collective to try to get a better response( not sure if this has all been tried before but wondering if we all write to the counsellor or our MP or something might that get them moving? I'm getting nowhere on my own! Be good to hear everyone's thoughts or if you think it'd be a waste of time!

I agree with your comments entirely. I could have written your blog myself! we moved in December 2015. We have had multiple snags and been fobbed of for well over a year. Some snags have been rectified but should not have been there in the first place if inspected for quality completion. Like a garage that floods when it rains! Doors that don't close. Damage to floor tiles. Heating that wont turn off to name a few...
We have written multiple letters to them but never get any response. In the main emails are ignored too. I am open to suggestions for the next step. they have spoilt the whole buying experience of our new house and caused unnecessary stress.

Would you like to discuss in more detail? I'll PM you my mobile number and if your interested we can start to draft up a plan of action and agree next steps

Set up a meeting at the Winter Green on Thursday 6th April 2017 @ 19:00. Everyone welcome, trying to get support of local MP's too, so the more we have for them to take to Harron the better.

Fantastic news everyone, I've just been contacted by Maggie who's new to Harron Homes, she's going to deal with all outstanding defects. So if you want Harron Homes to come and visit you and review what's outstanding, email customer service on customerservice@harronhomes.co.uk. she said they are aware of how upset many customers are and want to make an effort to get outstanding issues sorted.

When i spoke with her in person last week, she did say they were going to around to everyone! They are currently moving into a new office in Barlborough, which is where the support for this site will be managed from.
