Hi,
Does anyone have a contact number for Louise Bignell or anyone similar within customer care? I've tried emailing her several times to try and get a copy of our missing EPC certificate amongst other small snags we need sorting and she's not bothered to reply at all. Quite frankly I'm getting quite p'd off with it all now.

Calls rarely get returned but you might actually get put through to someone helpful, it's worth a try. You could try asking to speak to the customer services manager if you want to ruffle a few feathers. They had a new one start in mid-December and I'm really hoping she is better than the last one!

No one replies and calls just go to voice mails which never get returned. It's so frustrating!

Has been pretty prompt at getting things sorted for us. More snags have been fixed in the last month than they have in the whole 9 months we've been chasing them.
