Any one else having problems with drains blocking up again. Think someone has a blocked drain and hasn't realised its having a knock on affect us backing up. 😕

Can people please not flush baby wipes and toilet wipes down the toilet. Come on people a little bit of common sense!! Yet again we've had to pay £140 to have our drains cleared this is the third time in less then a year. We really don't appreciate waking up to waste over the patio! Apparently due to the camera report the blockage isn't from or caused by us but another house in close proximity! I'm in contact with the NHBC about a claim. 😡😡

How frustrating that must be May be a polite printed notice to your neighbouring properties educating them of the experience your having might help?

How frustrating that must be May be a polite printed notice to your neighbouring properties educating them of the experience your having might help? We've had a camera down and the problem seems to be a combination of wipes and also a large piece of plastic or metal that's stuck in the drain pipe. Obviously debris left from the builders. The wipes get caught up on this thing and build up blocking our drain. The thing that's stuck isn't in our pipes it's in connecting ones at a junction but causes our drains to back up. Hopefully will get it sorted soon.
