hi everyone. This is my first post. I thought it might be helpful to let you know that I have spoken with SYPTE about the new 72 bus route today. in brief - the route along Highfield Lane, Lescar and Stephenson Way is not yet permanent, it is a temporary "test route"; after a few weeks, a questionnaire will be sent out to " the residents association" for feed back/ comments; a decision will then be made by First Bus operators whether or not the route is viable.
I asked a number of questions, which the SYTPE employee could not answer - size of bus lenth of "test route" period exact position of bus stops ( if implemented).
It it was suggested that any queries be directed to First Buses - I've tried - but they did not answer the phone.
I suggest that that anyone with major concerns send an e mail to First.

Hi No - I do not know when or where the meetings are. This is my first experience on the Forum. Is there something I could look at for the meeting dates?

Hi The open meetings are once every 6 months or more if there is an issue which needs addressing. I would suggest joining the face book group: www.facebook.com/groups/1708999096011678/The committee do meet once a month, as well as representatives meeting with harworth as well. Do pm me if you want more info Thanks Kate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
