You cannot get landline on parts of Waverley Walk as yet and don't know when either. I have TV and broadband with Virgin.

We have TV from sky and internet from BT.
You should get fibre direct into the home. (FTTP) upto 330 Mb from BT.
You need to ring the BT FTTP team for the best deals. We have a rock solid 209 Mb download for £40 a month including line rental.
Only problem is the fibre modem is put in our hallway.
To save the hallway been untidy with loads of wires, I have ditched the battery which isn't really needed and have the router better placed upstairs.
To my delight the builders have wired the phone line extensions with ethernet cable. So by swapping the phone ports with RJ45 ports you can have the router placed somewhere else in the house for little money and effort.
