That's consistent with what we were told by Duncan from Harworth estates at the residents association meeting.
Plans will be draw up when 450 houses occupied, and I think they said the build would kick in at around 700 (although I'm a little unsure on that exact figure).
It's nice to see things are progressing as they said they would.

Don't get too excited. Investors in the UK property market are dropping like flys in the uncertain economic times, so chances are we will see a slow down in the building of houses on here and also it will be very difficult for the council to find an investor/sponsor.
How long the property market investors will freeze investment for is anyone's guess, a few weeks? until the UK leaves the EU? indefinitely???
they are making all the right noises which is great, but i'm not holding my breath just yet.

Chris, I would hope that when they say "sponsor" they mean an educational trust or Academy school cluster that would take it on as part of their group (like the Aston trust or the Outwood schools) rather than a commercial sponsor but nothing would surprise me.
