I didn't read it as being aimed at Rich but rather the individual/individuals who were negative about it on the forum ... I believe the problem with the RA lies in the above quote. A couple of residents offered a different opinion and questioned the proposed set up. Instead of debating (which is what a RA is all about), it got all defensive and then push their concerns to one side. Very briefly and just to set the record straight as I don't want to get involved in a discussion about this all over again, the RA is on hold because a couple of residents raised concerns that weren't previously there. It was felt, certainly by me and clearly by others as well, that it should be put to one side for the foreseeable future. If someone wants to resurrect this then be my guest. I'm quite happy to be involved but do not wish to take a leading role.

Just to clarify and I know I voted a 'yes' when the poll was put on here I've decided not to get involved if there was to be an association not because of any reason other than that stuff like that isn't really my scene and that I will continue to use this forum only for asking / offering info on certain matters if it interests me and so this will be my last post on the issue of an association , cheers

It wasn't my intention to get back into this, so that's me done on the subject.

On new estates there are often restrictions on commercial vehicles until it is completed. This was the case where we last lived. Think it's the same here too? It's whilst there are sales ongoing.
