Hi, Me and my partner have reserved a house with Taylor Wimpey (very excited), but our mortgage adviser needs Taylor Wimpeys solicitor details. We have asked Angela who has said that they have own legal team based in Manchester, however our adviser has said they surely have an appointed panel solicitor. Can anyone point me in the right direction or help at all? Thank you!

I think they tend to recommend one from their panel rather than use a specific solicitor, but not 100% sure.
I used my own solicitor anyway which there are an abundance of. You don't necessarily have to use theirs.

Hiya,
We are also in the process of buying a Taylor wimpey house. We went with the online solicitor recommended by Claire -premier something? We have had a bit of a debarcle prior to buying this house with useless solicitors (nothing to do with TW) so I really like it so far as it has a dashboard and logs of exactly what has happened from both sides. You can access it at any time and get an app etc. You get a named solicitor.
I can't speak for how competent they are yet as we are early stages but it saves the chasing and wondering what everyone is up to!

Yeah, we have gone with Premier Property Lawyers also However my original post was to find out who Taylor Wimpey use, but I now know that they have their own legal department based in Manchester, so they do everything in house for there side of things.
