Got to be honest I'm really panicking with all of these negative reviews! We are due to move in june or so they say!
We have a meeting with them tomorrow and I'm already not happy with the plan for the school !

I can honestly say I love our house, we did have a few issues but after nagging they eventually got sorted... I feel so sorry for the people who have had bad experience like Hayley, poor lass as had a mare of a move by the sounds of it... I went the day before to check the house before we moved in I took my mum and dad with me to check everything xx

Anyone who has reserved a Harron home or thinking of buying one needs to seriously think hard and long about choosing these cowboys to build what supposed to be 'your dream home'
A move we were looking forward to for months has been ruined by the standard of the house. Can't even begin listing all the snags we've found in one day but it's all the way through the house, inside and out. What's even worse is that some can't even be classed as snags there build defects. For example we have two window that are identical and next to each other but one sticks out further than the other and one is that much on the piss you can see it from across the street. I really wouldn't like to dig deep down into the quality of these builds because id be scared of what to find. I would advise everyone who's unfortunately already in a Harron to check underneath the front door because ours will eventually be full of damp due to the water that can run straight underneath and into the house.
Il not be all doom and gloom because the neighbours we've met so far are really nice!

Can't believe another one. We moved in Oct 14. We had a fair few snags. But nothing like what I'm reading about lately.
Is Russ still running the site? Haven't seen him for a long time.

Only had to deal with dean so far. Not met Russell yet but I think I saw him crawling underneath a stone earlier.
Got kitchen fitters, window men, someone to see about the garage door and a contract manager coming Monday.
Eventually when we have to new canopy put in we will end up with needing new plaster and decorating again and going from the finish in the rest of the house it would done to as poor standard as possible.

Got someone called Lee and a Richard coming out tomorrow.
Some of the things I'm starting to find in the house is unbelievable. For the panel underneath the en suite shower they had cut down some roofing fascia and wedged it in and now it's fallen out. Whoever worked on these houses must be embarrassed. The so called paint finish its laughable, ninety percent of the walls and skirt boards need touching up, completely missed above the stairs probably because they couldn't be bothered cause it's a bit awkward. Had a leak on downstairs sink so plumber sorted and didn't bother sealing the sink back up. The list is endless.
Whoever signed the house off should be ashamed of themselves.
I don't mean to write on hear complaining about everything I just wouldn't like to think people should have to go through what we're experiencing and others are too.

Weekend protests outside the Harron sales office...... I bet that would get some attention. All they care about is getting the next bunch of saps through the door. Should put some photos of their excellent build quality on some flyers and give them to potential customers.

I think us and few others on this street are thinking about doing that. They need to wise us to the customers they have otherwise there will be no future customers. I've got photos that would shock anyone.

Bish- We are definitely going to, we are also in touch with the local MP! I won't let this go; I can appreciate not everyone who has bought Harron has had issues but it seems like the more recent the house the more likely the problems. The fact the whole front of ours is coming off is atrocious. Words can't describe how we both feel, it's hard to try and keep our cool as we have a new baby. My dad already went in on the Saturday and told the people in there not to bother and they couldn't push him out of there quick enough!
