Recycling bag missing Ashbourne Way

Hi All

Just got home fro work today and found our blue cycling bin had blown down to the bottom of Ashbourne Way minus the blue recycling bag. Has anybody come across a stray recycling bag this evening

Our bag is missing from oak Dene way too. These bags are just ridiculous.

Bin men completely missed ours and our neighbour's bin & bag yesterday. I've got them on CCTV in our cul de sac doing our next door but one neighbour's and completely ignoring ours. Cretins.
