Future Planning Information on Barratts and Harron Homes

Hi,
Hope you all are doing fine.



Currently, i'm looking for information on near future development plans in waverley, catcliffe for Barratts or Harron Homes builders.

Something similarly to what's been shared regarding Taylor Wimpey (phase 1a to 1i).



Barratts and Harron Homes are planning to build homes, but can't see much information on their website.



So, would really appreciate if anyone could share some information regarding it.



Looking to purchase a property, so want to know my options.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ken,

As far as I'm aware, Harron have no building plans on Waverley in the pipeline, and Barratt's just have their current development (Evolution).

Unless you've heard different? If so, where have you heard this? (We are looking to upsize in the next few years so always interested to keep abreast of goings on)

Taylor Wimpey, as you've just mentioned, have a planning application in to build on the land next to Highfield Spring and down the top of Highfield Lane.

Hi Matt,

There is board for Harron Homes (just rear to barratts Evolution) stating as :- Welcome to Phase 1G (plots 261 to 295)
So looking for blue print plans for the same.
