Aw im sorry to hear that Martin. I know its a bit of an extreme response, but have you tried putting flyers through neighbours doors? Just asking them to check garages etc. If you need a hand posting them through we're happy to help. Hopefully it will turn out to be a pointless excercise and he'll be home the same day.
Other than that i'm not sure what to suggest. Its a horrible thing to go through.

I've just been up and down the next street and let people know and a few mentioned they had seen this post which is re-assuring. I think I will have to do flyers soon. I'll let you know if I need any recruits!

Sorry to hear that will keep a look out happy to post some flyers to neighbours if you need help always taking our dog for a walk so wouldn't be too much trouble. Have you rung any local rescue centres?

I wouldn't think the worst just yet.. probably just being 'looked after' by somebody who doesn't know any better.

This one Hi new to site been on Waverly just over a year, Any luck yet? Will keep a look out, the grey/white cat above is ours he wont where a collar bought quite a few and they would always go missing! but he is micro chipped. Hi your cat seems to have made friends with my black one and she usually hates males lol don't worry she's fixed so no kittens. He comes in my house sometimes and steals her food but I don't mind she never eats it all anyway as she has a small appetite he's so cute by the way! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The news is he hasn't returned so that's about 8 weeks now. Done all the door knocking I can do! Also, my second cat has been AWOL now for about 10 days! I don't know what it is about this estate but I now have no cats. Moving house and a new baby can affect them especially if you do both. I've asked my old neighbours to tell me if they see them where we used to live but I will be surprised if they make it back as that was Hillsborough which is a right trek. #homewardbound

Oh Martin, i'm really sorry to hear this. I hope they come back soon. I'm sure there's some secret place on this estate where they all go to hide!
On a more positive note, hows the little one doing? Did you have a boy or a girl?

Yeah it is a shame but cats are cats an they do what they want.
Little Boy called Joey, he's brilliant and all is good so no worries there. Thanks for asking.
