Same as any organisation really. If they meet the targets nobody gets the sack, whether or not they cost the company a fortune in the long run. Business gone wild

Hi Everyone! Good to see everyone welcoming each other. We are Plot 258, if everything went smoothly we will be moving in beginning/mid of July ( touch wood). This is a Kinnersley plot, unfortunately there are no show homes available, but I hope it would be a good one . Look forward seeing you Thanks and Regards, Ali We have a kinnersley, don't mind you having a look... You can PM me if you like.

Hi Cheryl, Many Thanks for this, surely I will arrange this, however can you tell me how is it like. On papers the layout of the plot was very attractive. Also I am currently living in 5 year old Barratts home three bed terreced town house. Comparing the layout both properties have plus and minuses but two of the main minuses are: - Will miss storage areas in Kinnersley. - no separate Utility room. - 5 year warranty from barrats vs 2 year warranty.
However, there are many pluses to consider.
I look forward hearing from you.
Thanks and Regards, Ali

We are at 260 (15) and we exchange in May and Complete end of June from what we have been told. I have spoken to Jenny in Sales and she has said that they have learnt from the mistakes around Xmas. I think its costing them more having to carry on fixing snags months after the finished build. Houses further up Lescar have been suffering from garages flooding and badly drained gardens. We asked about this and have been told that they are now installing drainage into gardens but its always good to check this. Its a shame that they have started to learn from things rather than getting it right to start with. But we are still excited about the move. Look forward to meeting you all

Sales lie and lie. They'll say anything to make you think everything is OK. Our house is still in a tacking and we moved in at xmas and they are now not replying to any messages, emails or calls, the same with a few others. They think they can get out of it by ignoring us. I kid you not the houses are getting worse not better. They are greedy and building too many without solving problems. I am that upset that I might have a walk upto office this weekend. We have gone as far as we can with Harron and it gets worse, the more you kick off the more they threaten you and try to be as controlling as they can. I never went for a new house to have all these problems but ours is a mess. Xx

I don't think they're getting worse, by any means. Based on what people have said who have moved onto Lescar Road, anyway.

Hayley you should come up to the sales office around 12 when we are choosing our options. Might get a bit of discount for the inconvenience lol.

Space and storage was a sacrifice coming from a big old end of terrace but I wanted a warm modern home so was prepared for this trade off. We are considering having under our stairs converted to a cupboard as its hollow and we have put shelves in the struts of our garage which has doubled our storage outside. The warranty - I guess it is what it is. A longer warranty would be good, but we proffered the Harron layout over the Barratt and Wimpy homes. Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, Many Thanks for the update. I agree with you, in terms of Living Space+Price+Privacy ( Master Bedroom on firs floor and remaining three Bedrooms on top floor) no doubt Kinnersley was the best option to go for. Plus you got Family Room and Separate Living room which is also good.
If you can let me know your email address, I already have a quote for the under stair storage solution. I think the one that most suits Kinnersley Stair Case is the Option 2 but that is up to you to decide. I will forward you the email.
If interested you can email me on : muzammil.khan@hotmail.co.uk
Thanks and Regards, Ali

It is something we definitely want when we move into our Kinnersely. Seems like such a waste of space Thanks
